The Opportunity

This position works out of our Astana or Almaty location in the Transfusion Medicine division.

As the Customer Service Support Specialist CIS, you’ll have the chance to provide application, technical, service support to customers.

What You’ll Do

• Monitoring the condition of equipment at customers;

• Control service and parts costs within their area of responsibility;

• Act as Abbott's consultant and primary point of contact for customers;

• Conduct regular analysis of customer business within their area of responsibility once a year or as requested by management;

• Support customers in the implementation, installation of new Company products;

• Perform regular audits of the Company's equipment, parts, and supplies with customers at least quarterly or as requested by management;

• Enter all service activity information into CMS Next (or other similar service activity logging system) on a daily basis;

• Provide application, technical, service support to customers and distributors;

• Conduct ticket availability checks on analyzers;

• Plan, conduct and supervise preventive maintenance of analyzers (PM/PDM);

• Plan, conduct and oversee the execution of hardware and software upgrades (TSB);

• Monitor and support the operation of the Abbottlink system;

• Timely escalation of technical issues to global service desk level and escalation of problems;

Requirements:

  • Higher education - technical, bioengineering, medical education

  • English - intermediate

  • Experience of working with laboratory equipment from 1 year
