Description
Ring is looking for a motivated, analytical and hard-working performance marketing specialist to join our European marketing team. This role will support our performance marketing activities, with a strong focus on paid search. The successful candidate will be part of a small but growing team, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Key job responsibilities
Utilise multiple platforms to implement, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple countries
Measure the performance of paid search & display campaigns.
Prepare reporting, monitor and optimise performance for multiple campaigns across several countries.
Compile regular search reports, keyword research and insights, to improve campaign performance.
Implement and measure A/B tests for ad copy, creative and landing pages.
Work with team members in order to create clear processes, deliver value and share best practices among key stakeholders.
Support the team with ongoing, ad hoc administrative tasks.
Work closely with the in-house performance activation team to establish appropriate channel executions & share learnings.
Partner with external media agencies to drive the set up & implementation of paid social & display campaigns, as well as creative delivery.
Partner with external agencies & in-house teams to establish reporting format, cadence & format for performance media campaigns.
Ownership of cross-channel performance execution and measurement.
Collaborate with Ring marketing analyst in order to improve cross-channel performance, website event tracking, dashboards and reporting.
