Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain large roll grinder used to grind all types of rubber, polyurethane, resin covered or steel large diameter paper machine rolls Perform all job requirements according to procedures as outlined in the VOITH Quality Manual, Company Procedures, and Work Instructions Performs all inspection functions as required by work instructions Must be familiar with grinder operation and tooling. Should have experience in lifting and moving heavy loads with an overhead crane. Should have experience in setups used in grinding practices on large equipment Display a good attitude conducive to a shop environment. Perform required job functions in a safe and efficient manner and promotingQuality per Voith Standards. Must be dependable in regards to attendance. Must be willing to work over time when required.
