Our client is looking for a Senior Administrative Coordinator to support their Chief of Staff in their Baltimore, MD office.

• Excellent and proven written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent and proven judgment

• Discretion for confidential information

• Project management/event planning experience

• Anticipate needs/proactive

• High level of attention to detail

• Team player committed to responsiveness

• Excellent customer service skills

Skills:

Calendar management, Administrative support, Executive support, Travel management, Microsoft office, Concur, Event coordination, Data entry

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years executive assistance/administrative support

  • Higher Education & Business service industry experience is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
