Essential Job Duties
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
Manage the waitlist during peak hours, providing estimated wait times.
Seat guests promptly, ensuring fair and efficient table assignments.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide friendly and informative responses to menu-related inquiries.
Requirements
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic math skills with the ability to count back change.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a host/hostess, busser, or server role desired.
