Deliver a best-in-class facilities management service on the CBRE – ISPT Portfolio

In this newly created role you will be responsible for delivering best in class facilities management consulting services over the CBRE – ISPT portfolio of buildings. You will be accountable for managing a team of FM and aligned professionals to deliver the efficient, cost effective operations, maintenance and development of all services including plant reliability, tenant satisfaction, sustainability and building structure and risk management.
The opportunity:
Maintaining consistently high levels of superior customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
Capex management are being implemented on time and in-line with budgets
Managing and coordinating the delivery of all Facilities Management services
Leading and motivating an experienced team
Supervising all service contracts on behalf of the client and contractor management
Establishing effective day to day business relationships with the client, landlords and property managers and taking a proactive approach to requirements
Providing monthly reporting to the client including producing and presenting financial reports
Ensure site ESG strategic plans, implementation of energy management programs and deliver sustainability targets and initiatives.
Developing and modifying operational processes to manage site risks
Managing out of office hours maintenance and Ad hoc duties as required.
About you:
Exceptional working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, electrical services, hydraulic services and structural.
Solid understanding of legislative requirements, HSE and ESG in the facilities management industry.
Leadership skills and experience in managing teams and creating excellent team culture.
Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with all stakeholders and time management skills.
Several years senior experience in the property industry/building facilities/management role, with experience across retail and commercial sectors an advantage.
Tertiary qualification in a property/technical/facilities field (or relevant trade courses). Engineering qualifications preferred
WHS General Induction for Construction Work or equivalent.
Experience in contractor management and contract procurement.
