Nestle Sales Operations Coordinator in Budapest, Hungary

Can you keep an eye on things to make sure they run as smoothly as possible and take initiative as necessary?

If so, the Trade team is looking for you to join as an Interim Sales Operations Coordinator !

Here's how your days will unfold:

  • As a member of the Trade department, you will have daily interaction with the Sales team

  • Managing and coordinating promoter agencies, as well as overseeing promoter coordination

  • Mentoring and managing the trade mentor

  • Comprehensive organization, execution, and monitoring of Mall Events based on annual plans

  • Coordinate and manage trade POS demo activation

  • Planning and tracking daily demo sales targets, and creating the annual demo plan

  • Planning and monitoring the annual budge

  • Creating and analyzing reports

  • Follow-up of administrative tasks, in order to ensure a smooth relationship with suppliers, clients and other departments within the company

  • Ensure that all commercial B2C activities are managed according to Nestlé and Nespresso business principles and operating guidelines

You are the perfect candidate if:

  • You have a university degree in a relevant field

  • You have at least 2-3 years experience in similar positions

  • You have experience in managing agencies, which is considered an advantage

  • You have previous experience in managing, directing, and supporting people

  • You demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and possess a remarkable ability to find innovative solutions to upcoming challenges

  • You possess a strong Excel proficiency

  • You have an analytical mindset and can structure and interpret complex data

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hungarian and English

  • You can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with precision and accuracy

  • You are committed to professional development and are open to feedback

Work schedule according to us:
