Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79900 - $107800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-impact cross-functional projects including defining objectives, assembling teams, and reporting on activity progress

  • Assess the progress of strategic initiative implementations, explain the key factors impacting performance, and recommend adjustments as needed

  • Identify market dynamics and uncover strategic opportunities, areas for improvement, and risks to the business

  • Assist in the development of business cases and create the supporting financial models, presenting insights and findings to key internal stakeholders

  • Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to support decision-making processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of conducting complex analysis and modeling

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, synthesize information from multiple sources, and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with theability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, build relationships, and influence others to drive alignment around strategic priorities and initiatives

  • Expert in MS Excel
