Senior Pension and Risk Administrator
Do you have experience in Employee benefits and strong technical knowledge in either Healthcare, Pension or Risk? Are you looking to achieve your QFA, or have you already obtained the qualification? This might be the role for you.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.

What the day will look like
The role will include providing a professional administration service to a portfolio of external clients, mid-range Corporates, to include Global Clients. The Pension and Risk Administrator will also support the client Online Benefit Portals and play a key oversight role of consistent service between the Online Benefit Portals and Broking Teams.
The Pension and Risk Administrator will be responsible for :
Oversight of the renewal process
Managements of claims
Keep members engaged
Insurer management and legislative governance of Pension, Risk and Healthcare schemes for our clients.

The ideal individual for this role must show the commitment to superior service delivery expected by Aon and by our clients. Skills and experience that will lead to success are the following:
Employee benefits background with few years industry experience or in a similar sector
Strong technical knowledge in either Healthcare, Pension and Risk, and a willingness to learn across other product lines of less experience
Achieved or working towards qualification in QFA
Experience in Death in Service and Disability Claims would be an advantage but not necessary
Achieved or working towards APA in Private Medical Insurance would be an advantage but not essential
Strong IT skills are required (Word & Excel)
Strong Interpersonal skills and excellent communication are essential
