Job Duty and Description
Acting as a Project Team Lead in establishing the new shared service center (SSC).
Support all processes and systems / tools implementation,
Technical Trainings and knowledge transfer of processes from existing center to new site
Responsible for dedicated cross-functional process improvements and projects
Lead the T&E team, including objective setting, development and training, coaching staff and providing ongoing direction and feedback.
Delivery of the bi yearly performance reviews and establishment of development plans across the team to ensure capabilities and skills are up to date and relevant to direction of business growth. It is important that the team is highly motivated to deliver a high standard of customer service to finance partners across the geographic remit.
Manage the more complex areas of the T&E process and ensure control standards are maintained
Maintain the corporate credit card process, ensuring that cards are issued / cancelled / suspended as appropriate and credit limits in place.
Participate in processes and controls to ensure segregation of duties and adequate senior review is properly executed, including the completion of appropriate reconciliations and chasing and education of business users in relation to non-compliance with the processes.
Review and approve the interface to JD Edwards for payments
Assist with processing (particularly during staff absence and times of peak volume) to ensure that delivery deadlines are consistently met.
Instill a strong control ethic within the team and ensure all team members have thorough understanding of all control elements and Shire policies in relation to T&E
Maintain efficient and effective call centre for all related queries
Ensure the correct KPIs are measured to drive cost effectiveness and control
As the key process owner for T&E ensure that each work-stream is operating efficiently and effectively.
Represent the T&E team on process improvement projects, systems initiatives and liaise closely with counterparts in USA to ensure overall consistency of process.
Act as a coordination point for internal and external audit walkthroughs, controls testing and year end audit support.
