Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• 1st Shift – 8am to 5pm (Mon.-Fri). – $20-$22 per hour- Overtime Possible

What’s a typical day as a Customer Care Representative? You’ll be :

  • Supporting in Inventory management raw material/ of final products

  • Track and update shipment information, including delivery dates, tracking numbers, and any potential delays.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

  • Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives and process optimization.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation.

  • Assist with resolving any supply chain issues or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have two to three years of experience in logistics or the planning field.

  • Outstanding Excel Skills- Passing an Excel is required

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
