IQVIA Laboratory Associate 1 in Durham, North Carolina
We are seeking a Laboratory Associate 1 to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at Durham NC .

As a Laboratory Associate 1 , you will play a pivotal role in the analysis of specimens, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of laboratory results in line with standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
What you’ll be doing:
Performing routine specimen analysis and documenting results.
Evaluating analytical results against lab system algorithms.
Identifying and escalating unusual results to senior personnel.
Preparing necessary buffers and solutions for analysis.
Conducting secondary reviews of analytical results when qualified.
Managing post-analysis sample and reagent storage.
Assisting in the development of new lab procedures and techniques.
Maintaining lab cleanliness and notifying staff of supply shortages.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree or medical laboratory technology degree.
6 months relevant lab experience.
Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards.
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
Knowledge of lab safety, infection control, and chemical handling.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and terminology.
Basic computer skills and ability to manage workflow.
Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,100.00 - $68,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
