Description:

Position Summary:

Under minimal supervision, provides administrative support for general management. Also develops automated office procedures and coordinates information and activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates, completes and expedites specialized tasks and projects for general management.

Organizes and maintains project files and related materials.

Coordinates or compiles distribution of reports and maintains related files.

Develops and maintains working knowledge of all departmental operations, systems and procedures.

Recommends methods to improve workflow, simplify internal procedures and reduce costs.

Provides direction and assistance to other clerical and administrative staff.

Skills:

Administration, event planning

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Special events experience - planning major events for the company, detailed oriented, strong administrative experience, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office. After hours work may be required.
