Shire Sr. Global Equity Operations Analyst in Exton, Pennsylvania

The Global Equity Operations Analysts is responsible for the administration and delivery of the Equity reward programs to Shire’s employees. The position must be able to manage competing priorities and quick decision making in meeting critical business deliverables. Must apply sound judgment, be highly confidential with sensitive information and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

  • Global Equity Transaction Reporting to finance and payrolls

  • New hire grant audits and compliance controls

  • Weekly new hire vesting processing

  • New Hire Grant Process, prepare, audit, upload to HR and vendor systems

  • Maintain Equity systems with accurate data for mobility tracking, country infrastructure, banking and tax information

  • Global ESPP/SAYE programs eligibility management

  • Global ESPP/SAYE annual Offering project support

  • Tax oversight updates/uploads

  • Equity termination processing/ manual record adjustments

  • Support cyclical projects

  • Support of Mobility, Finance, Payroll and HRBP initiatives

  • Manage the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan

  • Manage Employee escalations and customer service

Education and Experience Requirements

Education and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field and five years of experience in equity, benefits, or compensation operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • A CEP, CEBS and/or SPHR certification is desirable but not required

Experience

  • 2 years program administration management experience in a shared services environment

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience establishing collaborative initiatives with multiple departments and stakeholders

  • Experience in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Demonstrated experience implementing vendor processes and understanding the technical, business and people-related dynamics to consider as new processes are established

  • Workday experience preferred but not required
