Position: Program Manager / PT
Hours: Full-time (30 hours/week)
Setting: Assisted & Independent Living, Outpatient
Location: Heritage Place - Fayetteville, NC

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate from Physical Therapy program
Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice as required
Minimum one (1) year experience in an outpatient care or home health setting
