General Information Job Title: Banking Officer IV or V Location: 2108 Milestone Drive, Fort Collins CO 80525 Employee Type: Exempt Full-Time Hiring Pay Range: Banking Officer IV: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Banking Officer V: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

This position may be eligible to receive an additional $2,080.00 per year if designation is approved under the Spanish Communication Assistant Program. Summary ANB Bank regional officers are leaders of our banking centers, manage customer relationships directly, and are responsible for both loan and deposit production goals. Our officers also actively participate in leadership positions within our trade area to help identify economic needs of individuals, businesses and non-profits for the betterment and growth of our communities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain a presence as a leader in the bank branch where the officer is relied upon for the coaching of staff team members. Expansion of bank customer base through networking and sales calling. Soliciting the business of non-borrowing customers as well as loan customers. Maintaining product knowledge to generate credit and deposit business. Act as Relationship Manager for assigned customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and the delivery of unparalleled customer service. Service the credit needs of customers and prospects alike; obtaining financial and other information; performing or coordinating credit analysis; making loan presentations and recommending approval to ANB's Loan Committee where required; and negotiating terms and conditions such as rates, collateral, guarantees, loan agreements, and other documentation. Daily management of a loan portfolio, including, but not limited to, credit quality; compliance with the bank's policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations; and management of loan status. Participate in community activities including civic organizations and non-profit volunteer service. Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the posit This position requir s National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Preferred Education and/or Experience Banking Officer IV: 6+ years of loan origination, underwriting or portfolio management experience, or an equivalent combination of general banking experience and accounting/finance/business college classes successfully completed. Proven expertise in customer development and business sourcing. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
