SUAMICO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Elementary School Secretary in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Under the direction of the Principal, performs secretarial duties that support the effective management of building operations. This position will include a heavy emphasis on customer service - for parents, students, staff, community members and others - and will include work with the school budget, organizational tasks, student interactions, phone conversations and more. This position is located at Suamico Elementary School and is a full-time, school year (10 month) position with hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, hours totaling 40 hrs/week. Wage starting at \$18.00/hour with opportunity for increased compensation based on a variety of District and/or State requirements and qualifications. The Howard-Suamico School District offers highly desirable benefits as part of our total compensation package. Key Accountabilities: Customer Service: Provide caring and attentive service to all members of the learning community, proactively anticipate customer needs, and create best-in-class experiences for all guests. Communication: Listen to understand, interact thoughtfully, measure and influence the improvement of school communication streams through multiple means and methods between all key stakeholders. Daily Management of School Operations: Maintain and manage building records and organizational systems, provide a safe and caring environment for students by supporting their emotional and physical needs through triage and medical needs. Administrative Support: Act as main point of contact related to all school support needs. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Post-secondary business school training or equivalent secretarial work experience is desirable; high school diploma required.
