* *Position Title: Learning & Development Consultant The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT)is recruiting for a Learning & Development Consultant. This position provides professional development, implementation, and management of training and development to support the department’s mission. Responsible for administering, managing, developing and delivering training for the MDT Department statewide. Provides professional coaching in one-on-one and group settings to aide with employee development. Assists in the formulation of strategic workforce planning initiatives, advises management on performance management, and workforce development. This position is part of a career ladder with career advancement opportunities. The position reports to the Workforce Planning Supervisor and does not supervise others.
