Overview :

As a Revenue Growth Manager you will be responsible for developing analytical functions and managing the work of the department to sustain business growth by identifying potential opportunities in distribution, product ranges, pricing, commercial policies, and other aspects.

What You’ll Do:

• Playing a key role in defining pricing policies and pricing strategies, which is especially critical in our highly inflationary market;

• Development and technical support of software tools for sales;

• Actively participating in setting goals for the sales team that align with market objectives and company strategies;

• Developing and updating tools that would enable effective modeling of forecast indicators needed for budget planning, demand planning, etc;

• Maintaining constant control over key business indicators. Developing, adapting, and implementing modern reporting and monitoring systems;

• Analysis, formation and substantiation of proposals to improve existing processes in the company;

• Effective collaboration with corporate and cluster teams to synchronize business processes and systems with global priorities and approaches.

What We’re Looking For In You:

• University degree (economics, mathematics, cybernetics);

• At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles (analytics, data management, marketing, trade marketing, sales, or finance;

• At least 2 years' experience in people management;

• Knowledge of budget construction, control methodology and pricing methodology;

• High proficiency in MS Excel is a must (Power Pivot/Query, Data Model);

• Knowledge of Power BI (Data model, reporting), Tableau; MS Power Automate is a plus;

• At least Upper Intermediate English level;

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
