Job Description

General Description:

The role of the Bancassurance Acquisition and Campaigns Specialist is to help generate leads through campaigns and create compelling and relevant customer engagement activities to increase FSA and Bank Partner Activation. The incumbent shall ensure that campaigns and activation initiatives are in place from ideation to execution and launched within the agreed timelines. He/She is expected to work closely with MCBL and Manulife Philippines colleagues as well as counterparts in China Bank to increase and maintain a steady influx of quality referred leads to support conversion targets and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from ideation to execution and monitoring of campaigns, customer acquisition and engagement activities

  • Create campaign papers, customer journeys, communication plans and seek necessary approvals from internal and external approvers

  • Research and handle event logistics, program and other requirements that may be needed when mounting customer acquisition activities.

  • Attend regular cadence with stakeholders/workstreams to align on initiatives and provide updates/feedback.

  • Create, maintain and regularly update a campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives calendar

  • Work closely with Sales and Bank partners to gather feedback and continuously improve, iterate and come up with more relevant and timely campaigns and activities

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for a seamless customer journey and experience

  • Prepare reports, communicate and present key insights, initiatives, and results to stakeholders to show overall progress of initiatives launched

  • Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to learn best practices and adapt leads generation activities implemented in other Manulife markets

  • Continuously monitor and present industry and competitive trends in bancassurance

Experiences and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder with at least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in insurance, banking and / or fintech.

  • Project and Campaign Management experience

  • Knowledgeable in Canva and expert in MS Office particularly in Powerpoint and Excel

  • Human Centered Design (HCD) and Agile experience would be an advantage

  • Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required

  • Data driven in making decisions and crafting strategies to rollout key strategic initiatives

  • Must have very strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
