Marinette County Human Services Case Manager in Marinette, Michigan
Provide ongoing case management to adults and children with qualifying disability to receive Supportive Home Care services, Medical Assistance Personal Care services or Children's Long Term services; provide services to adults with serious persistent mental illness through the Community Options Program.
