Associated Constructors LLC is seeking to fill multiple positions for Concrete Finishers.
Duties:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
- Use hand and power tools to shape and finish concrete
- Install metal stud framing for concrete structures
- Operate concrete pumping equipment to pour and distribute concrete
- Drive commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Apply caulking to seal joints and cracks in concrete surfaces
- Operate concrete mixers to prepare the appropriate mixture for pouring
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Assist with hardscape installations, including sidewalks, driveways, and patios
- Perform frame carpentry work for concrete forms
- Apply stucco finishes to concrete surfaces
Experience:
- Proven experience in concrete finishing or related field is required
- Knowledge of flooring installation techniques
- Familiarity with metal stud framing for concrete structures
- Experience operating concrete pumping equipment is a plus
- Ability to operate and maintain concrete mixers and other equipment
- Understanding of mechanical systems and ability to perform basic repairs
- Familiarity with hardscape installations, such as sidewalks and driveways
- Proficiency in frame carpentry for creating concrete forms
- Knowledge of stucco application techniques
