Digital Disease Area Specialist | Hematology
Accountabilities
Maximizes sales of Amgen’s products for the assigned accounts, carring out contacts with them exclusively remotely
Exceeds sales targets
Shares and is regularly consulted by peers on improving message content and delivery on digital strategies
Exhibits a high level of expertise on account plan in line with marketing strategy - - Mentors other Reps.
Coordinates knowledge transfer and feedbacks on Digital materials between Sales Team, Marketing Team & Customer Engagement Team
Networks and develops effective long standing relationship internally & externally
Disseminates an in-depth knowledge of how hospitals operate. Shares experience with others.
Develop creative ideas for meeting topics & formats
Lives the Amgen Values, is Role model, plays as a mentor
Authority
Implementation of the approved POA/key account plans
Implementation of planned promotional spending (unplanned or significant expenses require further discussion with field sales manager)

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a customer facing or marketing role
Solid expertise on Digital Communication strategies, and tools
Deep knowledge on e-detailing strategies and techniques
Knowledge on digital campaign KPIs and strategies on how to influence them
Experience with Computer Systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
Fluency in local language
Advanced presentation skills
Relevant local legal qualification
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
- Experience in Hematology therapeutic area
In-depth industry and sales practices knowledge
Detailed knowledge of and experience in a hospital environment (NB minimum requirement for hospital-based markets)
Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
Experience in interacting with various disciplines and organizational levels
Experience in project management
