Are you interested in joining a dynamic multi-disciplinary outpatient team in a beautiful state of the art setting? Our outpatient therapy team is supportive, highly engaged and strives to improve the patient centered experience. With a close relationship and high referral rate from our on-site Sports Medicine and Neurology Departments, you will be a highly respected member of the patient care team. We also work closely with our large Network of Family physicians to provide patients with excellent care and the best outcome possible. A well-rounded team of intermediate and senior level therapists allows you to use or grow your clinical skills and team-up with Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care. Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Licensure: None
Experience: Five (5) years of experience in an outpatient or hospital setting is preferred. Experience working with interdisciplinary team with an emphasis on rehabilitation services. Case management skills and/or certification in case management preferred.
