We are looking for a Product Manager specializing in Enabling Technologies to support the Russia , Kazakhstan , and Israel markets. Responsibilities include developing and directing marketing programs, compiling market research, and identifying opportunities for product enhancement within our Mako , Airo , and Navigation portfolio. This individual contributor role entails establishing marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and coordinating product introductions and updates.

What you will do:

  • Assess the impact of competitive dynamics and points of parity / points of difference through competitive analysis.

  • Research features, uses, and competitive quality of a specific product.

  • Utilize specific approaches and tools for gathering and collating competitive information.

  • Maintain networks of people and resources for obtaining competitive information.

  • Adhere to organizational protocols, practices, and procedures for gathering competitive information.

  • Understand the needs of primary and secondary customers and articulate the value proposition to the specific audience.

  • Work with inputs from Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network.

  • Explain different product features to different customers as appropriate to their needs.

  • Understand what current and potential customers need to drive value in the portfolio.

  • Surface new or unexpressed customer needs.

  • Focus product and service features and functions on the customer's critical success factors.

  • Develop consistent processes for maintaining customer engagement.

  • Escalate systemic problems that could affect customer satisfaction.

  • Understand the linkages between all components of the Big Picture framework and relate upstream decisions to executional decisions.

  • Collaborate in developing key strategy documents, translate marketing plans into specific marketing activities, and support the creation of key documents.

  • Accurately forecast resource needs and participate in the budgeting process cycle.

  • Supply supporting information and justification for major line items and explain variances in budget reports of planned vs. actual expenses.

  • Develop accurate volume forecasts grounded in an understanding of market and trial dynamics.

  • Analyze sales data and identify areas for growth.

  • Apply clinical knowledge in combination with technical knowledge to educate and articulate value.

  • Set sales training strategy, create additional sales training tools and resources, and select suitable delivery methods for different training sessions.

  • Develop pricing approach consistent with the Marketing Strategy and brand positioning and analyze market pricing data.

  • Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with marketing strategy and evaluate the costs and benefits of marketing channels.

  • Establish metrics and success criteria, conduct post-launch analyses, and report measurement results.

  • Analyze customer satisfaction inputs, segment customer satisfaction inputs, and propose updates to KPIs based on analysis.

  • Provide key objectives for driving customer insights, document performance criteria, and assess methods for improving business performance.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing or product management experience within medical device industry

  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines

  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority

  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
