DESCRIPTION

The Civil Engineer will provide project active leadership for the successful delivery of roadway projects within our Norcross, GA office (hybrid schedule). We are looking for a candidate possessing strong verbal and written skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead design efforts on transportation projects. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated success in the delivery of roadway projects. Specific leadership characteristics will include: Desire to be responsible for developing design plans, variations and exceptions, specifications, cost estimates, and final bid packages Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the design of specific roadway tasks Willingness to help create and foster a team environment Assistance in marketing pursuits by developing concepts, and providing technical support on letters of responses Experience with GDOT on traditional design bid-build projects and/or design-build highway projects

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field 4 years of related experience Professional Engineer in Georgia or ability to obtain within 6 months Proficient with Bentley Open Roads Experience with GDOT on roadway projects Experience with 3D Modeling, StormCAD, MS4 Design and AutoTURN is a plus

COMPENSATION

The approximate compensation range for this position is $72,037 - $113,012 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
