Description
Jenny Bour with Robert Half has an outstanding opportunity for a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Administrator to join the team at a recognized company in the Manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Administrator will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. You will have an opportunity for career growth and advancement within this dynamic department. The permanent opening for an Account Payable Administrator is located in the North Tonawanda, New York area.
Some of your responsibilities will include...
Process high-volume Accounts Payable in an ERP system
Provide support to internal business partners
Assist with internal and external audits as needed
Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling
Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed
Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed
Carry out additional projects as required
Requirements
Must have experience with handling high-volume accounts payable in an ERP system
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience working in the manufacturing industry is preferred
Must be able to work onsite
