Identity and Access Management Project Manager - 7824

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master (Agile Skill Set) to oversee and guide our Identity Management (IdM) solution implementation team. In this role, you will ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, as well as providing mentorship, eliminating team impediments, and improving processes and decision-making. To succeed in this position, you will need a firm grasp of agile practices, strong problem-solving and project management skills, the interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage development teams.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities * Define, measure and drive delivery of a series of MVP releases to enhance effective user access management at Chubb * Use agile methodologies, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions * Train, mentor, and support scrum teams * Work with application teams to build and burndown a backlog of applications to onboard in our new IGA (Identity Governance Administration) solution. * Determine and manage tasks and action items * Schedule and facilitate scrum meetings and events, including sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily standups * Monitor and measure progress and performance and help the team to make improvements * Manage project scope and timeline and track project processes, deliverables * Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards * Plan and organize demos and product and/or system testing * Manage issues and risks and remove impediments * Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders * Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders

Education * Bachelor's degree, plus training or equivalent experience in project management, computer science, cybersecurity.

QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills and Experience * A role model who inspires others as an agile change champion; A resilient change manager and results oriented driver of deliverables who can equally command needed attention and share the spotlight to drive team engagement and success * An adaptable and savvy communicator, with a command of various styles and with the ability to deliver constructive feedback- * Experience in a scrum master role  * Excellent project management skills, with an agile mindset  * Possesses managerial courage, with an ability to escalate issues to leadership * Facilitator of teams and leaders in agile methodologies, and continuously finds opportunities to empower individuals in their roles, foster collective ownership, and unlock team performance * Creative with ideas on how to engage everyone, self-motivated to help the team reach their goals; willing to roll up your sleeves and execute alongside your peers * Drive delivery of team's sprint commitments.  * Experienced in software development accomplished through teams who deploy software in a multifaceted environment, coaching teams through engineering practices such as unit test automation, coding standards and automated deployment pipelines * A fast learner of complex software ecosystems who can coach teams on how to develop production-ready products more quickly and efficiently * An ability to effectively assess situations and identify gaps vs. DevOps industry best practices; coaching the team to address the most important ones in thoughtful, actionable ways of measuring progress along the way * Experience in a leadership or management role a plus * Experience successfully utilizing Agile techniques and tools (such a Jira) * Experience with project performance reporting. * Build a culture that promotes transparency, inspection, and adaptation * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical details in a clear, concise, understandable manner * In-depth knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts * Excellent communi ation and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications * Scrum master certification * Experience managing Identity Management (IdM) projects. * Understanding of Active Directory integration patterns using AD and Azure AD, Azure MFA, ADFS & Azure Federation and SSO patterns * Experience implementing SailPoint or other Identity Management solutions.
