Job Description Summary

The Senior Program Planner is responsible leading a scheduling team in schedule; development, maintenance, reporting, analysis, and risk assessment activities for the ADNB Program in ATO. This position will support the Program Management Office (PMO) in developing and implementing scheduling best practices and standard work templates to enhance efficiencies in program execution.

Job Description

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Leading a team in creating and maintaining an integrated master schedule for the ADNB Program for ATO

• Work with a cross functional team to facilitate recurring status updates.

• Interface with Program Leadership during audits and program reviews.

• Lead the execution of schedule reporting, metrics, variance analysis, and risk assessment.

• Expertise in Critical path management through dynamic scheduling tools.

• Implement IMS best practices and processes to improve efficiency.

• Support customer program reviews and deliverables

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from an accredited College or University

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project/program management, specifically scheduling.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience with a dynamic PPM tools (Clarity, Open Plan, Smartsheet experience a plus)

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Proven experience working with broad cross-functional teams

• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Analytical and energetic nature, driven desire for efficient process control

• Takes initiative and is motivated to learn

• Effective problem identification and solution skills

• Program Management experience preferred

This position is listed as remote but candidates willing to relocate to Evendale, OH would strongly be considered.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
