Responsibilities
As a Sales Trainer for MCL, you will be responsible for developing and deploying sales training through various methods utilizing a strong understanding of adult learning styles and current sales methodologies and market dynamics. Travels regularly with sales team members to assess and enhance capability and effectiveness of assigned sales division.
Qualifications
Bachelor's and four years of sales experience or sales training.
This is a telework position and requires incumbent to work from an office in their home located within the United States and access to a major airport.

Additional Qualifications:
Master's degree in business is preferred.
Health care industry experience is preferred.
Must possess knowledge in training methods, training management, performance management, motivation, coaching, mentoring, and adult learning styles.
Excellent organizational skills along with solid communication and presentation abilities are required.
Must adhere to Mayo Clinic and MCL policies and procedures.
Ability to function and work in a diverse work environment while training MCL sales process and providing direction to field sales and management staff in a concise, sensitive, informative, and professional manner.
Keeps a positive and courteous tone, particularly in adversarial discussions. Keeps abreast of regulatory issues, reimbursement issues, and service requirements.
License or Certification:
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with Mayo Clinic policy, along with the ability to travel extensively on all forms of major public transportation. Up to 80% travel is required.

Compensation Detail
Required experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The salary range every 2 weeks is approx. $3,333.60 - $5,004 based on a full-time position. A fixed rate commission is also offered.
