Job SummaryThe Division of Pediatric Neonatology at the University of Utah School of Medicine has an immediate opening for a Lab Technician to perform technical procedures in a research laboratory under minimal supervision by applying standard scientific techniques and analytical principles. Will record observations and measurements, and report results. The laboratory experiments conducted are primarily concerned with immune responses regarding common neonatal pathogens, such as E. coli, Group B Streptococcus, and cytomegalovirus in human and murine tissues and cells.This is a time-limited position; the anticipated term of employment is one year.
