About the Role: APJ CSC Program Manager

The APJ Cloud Sales Center is the inside sales organization of AWS that is focused on new customer activation and growth across Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) at scale. As the Program Manager of the APJ Cloud Sales Center team, you will lead and manage key priority projects for the function. For this role, you will develop, implement and own our “People” projects. These include: (1) the design and execution of our Sales early career programs (internship and graduate program) across the region, which involves designing the recruitment, onboarding activities, and training plan for our interns and graduates to provide them with a positive experience and help them be successful in their roles, and (2) the design and execution of our role progression programs (e.g. Demand Generation Rep to Inside Sales Rep transition program). You will need to conduct research, identify problems and gaps, analyze data to generate insights, and present and implement your proposal. You will have the exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally and cross-geographically, as you collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, recruiting, and HR teams. Additionally, you will lead and support other initiatives for our APJ CSC function.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of project or program management experience

  • Analytical and quantitative skills and ability to utilize Excel and/or other software to provide data to support your analysis

  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or knowledge of early career programs

  • Experience managing and implementing strategic projects from end-to-end (idea conception to implementation)
