Shire Department Specialist in Social Circle, Georgia

  • Order (through Shire preferred suppliers), verify receipt, monitor inventory and process invoices for production materials and office supplies supporting facility.

  • Administer scheduling and use of site conference rooms to meet the needs of site management and planned meetings/events.

  • Perform data collection, data entry and reporting of key daily, weekly, and monthly operational statistics.

  • Handle and process time sensitive and/or confidential information for senior site management.

  • Provide general office/clerical support to both operations and quality management.

  • Act as liaison to certain suppliers and support personnel of the facility/operation.

  • Answer phones, greet guests and maintain various boards and spreadsheets.

  • Participate in operational excellence initiatives and projects to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
