Shire Laboratory Customer Service Representative in Social Circle, Georgia

Serves as primary contact for laboratory customer inquiries, primarily plasma centers and 3rd party centers. Answers general laboratory phones as required.

Perform laboratory electronic documentation and reporting (i.e. AccLaIM functions and NDDR entries). Review NDDR acknowledgement to ensure accuracy.

Manage Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMRs) completion within designated time allotment and provide data collection.

Organize and maintain document storage.

Print Third Party reports and distribute to the centers.

Initiate, resolve and/or review External Nonconformances (ENCs) within designated time allotment.

Resolves routine and some non-routine customer questions, complaints, and requests.

Maintain up to date MSDS records.

Prepare reports for PPTA and various other internal and external groups as needed.

Work with plasma centers on sample requests including: requesting and follow up on requests for back-up samples, assist with coordinating the management and follow up of delayed shipments and follow up on samples shipped for testing.

Participate in operational excellence initiatives and projects to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Other clerical and customer service duties may be assigned.
