Job Description
The P&G Internship program is a 6 month program aimed at providing students and recent graduates with an immersive experience in P&G's exciting and demanding corporate environment . Interns are entrusted with an individual business project to lead, own, and execute over the course of their internship with us. Each intern is provided with a personalized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G.

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will be responsible for a certain project in the area of manufacturing process optimization, loss elimination, quality control, or development of engineering systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary 80 000 rubles gross
Free lunch on the territory of the plant
Shuttle bus from Moskovskaya subway station
Job Qualifications
3+ year students and recent graduates but no more than 2 years after graduation
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
Strong communication skills, leadership, and analytical capabilities
Critical thinking, operational discipline, and ability to work within diverse teams
Willingness to learn, can-do attitude, and flexibility
