  • Job Description: HR Generalist The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in providing timely and professional internal customer service to staff members. The role ensures HR Programs are seamlessly administered and provides on-going general and administrative support to the Human Resources team in a collaborative manner.The position will provide support to the Nordic Baltic organization and is responsible for providing accurate and appropriate information, coordination and administration of a variety of human resource services. The HR Generalist is responsible for transactional and coordination of work within HR and is the contact person for the payroll providers in DK/FI/NO as well as for the Baltics. HR Generalist is helping the manager to onboard new employees and is responsible for conducting the HR introduction for all new employees with in the region.Finally, the HR Generalist must have the ability to maintain data bases, create and maintain spreadsheets and assist employees with questions and concerns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General

  • Support employees and managers with HR programs & Local HR site

  • Support employees and managers as appropriate

  • Supporting with the monthly HR reporting (inlc. Detailed tracing on exits and onboarding)

  • Policies & procedures

  • Update local policies, intranet and SharePoint (local HR site as part of HRconnect)

  • Support with org chart updates, Manager Feedbacks etc.

  • Contact person for Actiway coordinating frisvårdsbidraget, lunch coupons for Finland etc.

  • Service provider agreements and invoices (Until April 2018)

  • Track and maintain HR service provider’s contracts.

  • Invoice coding

  • Occupational health care and rehabilitation (EHS)

  • Follow up on sick leaves and insurances

  • New employees and leavers

  • Welcome new employees and provide HR inductions session

  • Follow up on temporary contracts, probationary periods etc.

  • Support the HR BP with leavers

  • Personnel files

  • Issuing all employment contracts according to local legislation laws

  • Maintain HR archive

  • Payroll (Until April 2018)

  • Contact person between all employees/managers and local Payroll providers (Visma) for NO/FI/DK and the Baltics.

  • Responsible for all payroll agency contract/agreements

  • Prepare all payroll material (taxes benefits, withdraws, lecturers etc.)

  • Support finance with salary related bookings

  • Follow up that vacations are kept according to holiday law and reported in Agda/Visma

  • Stock Options, ESPP (if applicable)

  • Follow up on reports to Svenskt Näringsliv, Finland Tilastokeskus, pension registrations on new employees, parental leaves etc.

  • Responsibility for all statutory changes and compliance

  • Keep a track and educate employees labor regulation changes impacting payroll

  • Company Cars

  • Manage company cars in all 7 countries.
