As a Change Enablement Consultant, you'll navigate the complexities of organizational change, crafting strategies and fostering stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes. Your role is pivotal in shaping the future state of businesses, making a real difference every day.

What you'll do

• Apply change management frameworks to assess and ensure business readiness

• Develop plans to drive successful adoption of changes within organizations

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support data-driven change strategies

• Align and manage stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement

• Design and execute strategic training plans for successful change adoption

• Evaluate organizational readiness and identify gaps between current and future states

• Coordinate project activities and manage deliverables of junior team members

Skills and experiences

• Proficient knowledge of change management principles and readiness assessment

• Skilled in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders

• Results-oriented with a keen eye for detail

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Experience in organizational design to enhance effectiveness and mitigate risks
