Aston Carter Hybrid Payroll Specialist in Tampa, Florida

Must Haves:

  • Large Payroll Processing experience

  • Large ERP Experience (ADP, SAP, Peoplesoft**) Would love PeopleSoft since that is what they use but not required

  • Experience with Garnishments

  • Able to communicate with employees for questions

Description:

-Oversee a bi weekly payroll of 10,000 employees

-Process garnishments for 96 different pay codes and 401k changes

-Assist manager with payroll tax processing at the end of the month

-Responsible for accurate and timely payments of all federal, state, local and provincial withholding and unemployment taxes. Including CPP, EI and Workers’ Compensation payments

-Will assist with both internal and external payroll tax audits

-Able to communicate with employees for any issues and discrepancies

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Large ERP experience

Experience processing high volume payroll in a non PEO setting

Positive attitude and willing to jump in and help where is needed
