Google Analytics and Growth Consultant (English, Mandarin) in Singapore

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in a technical project management, software engineering, or a customer-facing role.

  • Experience in Firebase or other Google Ads related products (i.e., Google Cloud Platform, AdMob, Google Ads, Google Analytics).

  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently, to support and communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience designing/updating user experience flows through the use of data.

  • Experience developing mobile apps.

  • Ability to process and distill complex technical themes.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to comfortably interact with executive leaders, technical and non-technical.

In this role, you will be part of a fast-growing and entrepreneurial team focused on driving the APAC Apps business. You will work with innovative app developers as a trusted partner who grows their businesses to the next level. Partners that you will collaborate with on a daily basis include some of the largest and most strategic apps on the Google Play and iOS stores.

In collaboration with the account management team, you will drive the use of first-party data and UX best practices across the region to impact developers overall business, including ads business generation. Combining broad industry knowledge, communication, and problem solving abilities, you will provide the right mix of technical and strategic consultative advice that will enable partners to make use of data and improve their User Experience. You will represent Google at industry-wide developer conferences, client meetings, and marketing events. You are passionate about the mobile space and developing a deep understanding of the apps ecosystem, owning initiatives that drive business growth.

You will proactively identify and pursue the most strategic opportunities and manage a constantly evolving set of client priorities. With an in-depth understanding of the product needs of developers and the market landscape, you will help shape Google’s long-term mobile product strategy. Finally, as a trusted advisor, you help set the growth direction for top mobile businesses aspiring to reach hundreds of millions of users.

In return, our partners provide great content for our products, and they syndicate Google products to enhance their sites and apps. Global Partnerships team members expand and support these relationships by continually finding new opportunities and solving technical problems for our partners. The wider Global Partnerships team includes a variety of different organizations, including CorpDev, Emerging Business Development, Strategy and Operations, Google for Startups, Area 120 and our Display Advertising Business.

  • Drive Firebase adoption and/or advanced data analytics across strategic apps partners and partners at scale.

  • Understand app partner objectives for growth (e.g., analytics infrastructure, A/B testing, improving retention, user acquisition) and advocate Firebase best practices to improve apps quality and measurement using Firebase.

  • Assess partner app analytics infrastructure and recommend/position Firebase solutions complementing existing tech stack to drive value and growth.

  • Develop custom Firebase solutions based on custom publisher needs, and generalize them for wider adoption. Collaborate on developing outreach materials about Firebase (and other solutions) and UX best practices (e.g., presentations, videos, case studies, and internal communications).

  • Build partnerships with teams across Google to maximize our Firebase offering for app developers.
