The Senior Product Manager will lead all efforts within our Identity Engine Product suite in which we help customers build their identity to maximize their marketing results. This is a comprehensive product suite that integrates tightly into other LiveRamp products.

You will:

  • Own the global roadmap and of LiveRamp’s Identity Engine.

  • Lead a team of 2 PMs who focus on UX + Backend Capabilities Respectively and work closely alongside a dedicated designer and engineering counterpart.

  • Work on multiple complex initiatives at once, across different phases of the Product Development Lifecycle in different markets with multiple stakeholders.

  • Meet with customers to understand their first party identity needs and define enhancements to help facilitate solving their most challenging business challenges.

  • Collaborate with LiveRamp Product Managers to create more streamlined ways to unlock customer value in the broader platform and product capabilities.

  • Write clear, concise requirements documents, RFCs, and user stories for engineers to be able to easily understand the what and why of a product or feature idea and review collateral from the team to ensure clarity + specificity.

  • Manage challenging prioritization and trade-offs within your product area, working closely with the engineering team(s), your product team, and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure that all product capabilities that you create adhere to our high level of data ethics standards.

  • Own the commercialization and evangelization of your product in LiveRamp, working alongside commercial enablement + product marketing teams to produce key product and pricing collateral, train commercial members, demonstrate new features and value, and help with late-stage sales.

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Operational teams to define and scale the customer implementation, support, and engagement processes that will drive customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze the competitive landscape of your product area to find gaps and opportunities for improvement with Portrait Engine.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ Years of experience in a Product Management role

  • Firm understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)

  • Great grasp of the customer data platform (CDP) / data management platform (DMP) / master data management (MDM) subject areas

  • Previous experience with Software as a Service (Saas) product development and commercialization

  • A love for highly technical problems and diving in deep with engineering and customers on solutions.

  • Full stack product developer: you can research, build, and defend business cases for new product development with little guidance and a lot of data.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Great problem solver - you thrive on finding creative solutions to poorly defined problems that impact customers.

  • Commercial mindset - being the CEO/GM of your product and working alongside necessary commercial leaders to ensure success of product adoption.

  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions)

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior consumer identity resolution experience or related AdTech experience.

  • Product development for products with a critical user experience element.

  • Product development for data science / large data processing tools.

  • A firm technical understanding of cloud technologies in key platforms like Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Databricks

The approximate annual compensation range is $189,000.00 to $243,000.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
