What Would You Do?

Palliser Furniture Holdings Ltd. (“Palliser”) is currently currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will be part of the Corporate Services team and contribute to the efficiency of our operation.

Primary duties and responsibilities of this position are outlined below:

  • Preparing training materials, processing, and recording training materials, certificates, licenses, signed JHA & SWP.

  • Updating of H&S policies and JHA & SWP.

  • Manage the Training record using the training matrix spread sheet, SOTP Access Database and H&S SharePoint. Entering employees training information into the training matrix, SOTP database and into the H&S SharePoint.

  • Audit training records of new employees once every month.

  • Prepare required training and expired training report for H&S Supervisor to schedule training.

  • Filing employees training materials and assist with H&S tasks as needed.

What Do You Bring?

  • Superior organization and communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook.

  • Experience with data entry.

  • Ability to multitask and juggle different tasks.

  • Experience doing repetitive administrative tasks.
