Description
Established firm in Woodland Hills is searching for a FULLY REMOTE CHAPTER 11 BANKRUPTCY Quality Control CASE MANAGER on contract-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make good money and OT hours.
The ideal REMOTE QC BANKRUPTCY Analyst will be confident conducting the following duties:
· Review creditor data received from clients and update in system.
· Reviews requests and ensures all noticing parties are included in mailings.
· Communicate and work with various departments to ensure accurate and complete mailings, review of claims
· Review data received from clients for the Schedules and SOFAs and reconcile with prior filing.
· Reviews requests and distributes

This job offers a significant amount of OVER TIME PAY! Please feel comfortable with working at least one weekend a month.
YOU MUST Understand Chapter 11 bankruptcy and deadlines-
MUST HAVE 3+ years' experience with bankruptcy Chapter 11
· Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Access and Word)
