The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 18 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Amazon ‘Buy with Prime’ helps merchants grow their ecommerce website by offering Prime shopping benefits—including fast, free delivery and a trusted checkout—as well as Reviews from Amazon, and more. By integrating ‘Buy with Prime’ services, merchants can attract and convert Prime members and other shoppers on their sites, rely on the world’s largest fulfillment network to streamline order fulfillment and inventory management, and let Amazon handle the payment, processing, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of orders—and customer service and returns as well.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated business development professional who possess business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to launch B2B partnerships with strategic significance, especially in the eCommerce space. You will negotiate, develop, drive and manage execution of strategic partnerships and go-to-market (GTM) plans and collaborate with internal teams. Key job responsibilities

  1. Outreach and engage potential clients using various channels like emails, calls, WeCom, and marketing events

  2. Dive deep to understand clients’ ecommerce dynamics like Brand strategies, shopper profiles, key products and business performance

  3. Pitch clients to adopt BwP by demonstrating how BwP could help them grow business based on value prop and solid analysis including shopper experience uplift, potential revenue uplift and P&L

  4. Oversee the whole launch/onboarding process for clients while collaborating with Solution Architect, internal tech teams, agencies or partners

  5. Ensure clients to successfully activate BwP units sales and guide them for post launch optimization

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with basic understanding of e-commerce business

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience

  • MBA degree preferred

  • Familiar with payment, logistics and Ads product
