We are currently seeking exceptionally talented individuals with DC experience and exhibit strong leadership in the Data Center Operation (DCO) team. You will be in a team who is responsible for the deployment, overall operation, and maintenance of the servers, network devices, and infrastructure in our large-scale, high-density data centers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Break-fix of servers and network devices
Troubleshooting network connections
Work coordination with various teams in Data Center
As a team, provide 24/7 site coverage and respond to high severity events within SLAs
Contribute to site projects

主な仕事内容
サーバーやネットワーク機器に関するブレイクフィックス（修理作業）
ネットワーク接続のトラブルシューティング
データセンター内、他チームとの協和・共同作業
24時間365日の運用、SLAを遵守した緊急案件対応
大小、様々なプロジェクトへの貢献

Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma
STEM classes or vocational course curriculum education
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Work 10 hour shifts as needed
Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
