SURVICE Engineering Project Manager - DoD TandE - Senior Level in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland

SURVICE Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide administrative and technical leadership in the completion of contracts or tasks including responsibility for cost, schedule, and overall performance. Monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure quality and timeliness of services / deliverables. Conduct the investigation and resolution of operational or technical problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel. Conduct employee performance evaluations. Perform technical support as required.
Required Qualifications: Demonstrated technical aptitude enabling capability to manage contract support in conducting complex military weapon systems test and evaluation activities; experience managing delivery of technical solutions (services and products) from initial concept to completion to include cost, schedule, and resource management; demonstrated experience managing personnel, sub-contractors, vendors, and both on-site and remote operations; strong verbal and written communication skills; and effective interpersonal skills needed to lead people.
Desired Qualifications: Understanding of complex test instrumentation hardware/software solutions, data acquisition processes, data analysis methods/techniques, and electrical/mechanical fabrication processes.
Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in project management or business field (or equivalent);. Master's degree desired. Senior level years of relevant experience.
Clearance: : U.S. Citizenship. Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.
