Maintenance and Repair Worker position for Skilled Nursing Center
This position is less than 20 hours per week.
Job responsibilities:
- Painting, interior and exterior
- Sheet rock repair to include taping and bedding
- Project cleanup
- Other maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years experience in general building maintenance
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
