Doble Engineering Company Inventory Analyst in Accident, Maryland

We are seeking a Inventory Analyst who will be responsible for stock room organization. This role will also assist the Stockroom and Inventory Clerk with receiving, retrieving orders, and cycle counting. This role will be based in our Accident, MD office reporting to the Purchasing and Shipping Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Locates requested stock and maintains records for usage.

Ensures incoming deliveries are accurate and stocks supply room with new supplies.

Takes inventory and reports reorder needs.

Pick jobs from a picklist.

Verifies order forms, delivery requests and approval forms for accuracy.

Reports damages or discrepancies following applicable procedures.

Deliver items to their destination.

Data Entry.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Possesses a moderate understanding of the general aspects of the job.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not Required):

Stockroom Clerk experience

0-1 year of general work experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.

Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.

Personal accountability with a customer-focused sense of urgency.

Ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace.

Experience in a team environment.

Positive can-do attitude and good work ethic.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Willing to work flexible hours and weekends as required.

Good communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds.

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job related skills, as well as relevant education or training experience.

Hourly Pay Range Minimum $15.26 - Midpoint $19.08
