Hilton Senior Business Analyst MarTech Operations in Addison, Texas

As a Senior Business Analyst MarTech Operations , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Martech team reporting to the Manager, MarTech Operations, you will support platforms including Braze, Branch Links, and additional customer platforms.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Create standard operation procedures for all processes related to customer platforms.
  • Document requests including requirements gathering, tickets, and user stories.
  • Report on progress of multiple pieces of work, coordinate meetings, actions items, and accomplish follow-ups.
  • Document and socialize how impacted teams should utilize new capabilities and enhancements.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Participate in working sessions with vendors, leaders, and cross-platform teams to understand needs, troubleshoot issues, and create efficiencies for all processes.
  • Work with MarTech Enablement to accept new platform intake, procedure documents, and process workflows.
  • Work with important partners to thoroughly review project request/problem statements and flush out clear requirements for solutioning/troubleshooting.
  • Work with UAT and partners to identify test cases for the testing plan and issues for resolution.

What you will take ownership of:

  • Product roadmap, new initiatives, solutioning for customer platforms including Braze Email Platform, Branch Links, and additional platforms as they are onboarded.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience supporting MarTech/messaging platforms.
  • Three (3) years of experience working through system enhancements through the system development life cycle.
  • Intermediate/advanced working knowledge of SQL and APIs.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in a Technology related role
