We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join our team and work across a destination retail centre.

The Opportunity :

  • Lead a small facilities management team across a large and well-known retail asset going through a string of redevelopments

  • Ensure optimal tenant satisfaction through cost effective operation and maintenance of all services.

  • Manage operating expenditure, prepare budgets, and maintain technical records.

  • Supervise contractors and consultants, review maintenance agreements and ensure timely completion of capital works.

  • Assist in the implementation of energy management programs, whilst maintaining accurate records of energy consumption

As the successful Candidate you will have:

  • FM Team leadership experience or looking for that next step in your career

  • Extensive hard services Facilities management experience (retail assets beneficial)

  • Sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services.

  • Able to work autonomously and build strong, effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders of all levels
