The Service Supervisor based in Adelaide plays an important role contributing to supporting the overall success of the team as we continue to build a progressive and inclusive organisation to solve some of the world's water challenges. The Service Supervisor will lead the team to deliver Xylem's promise of quality, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.

About the Role:

  • Respond to customer queries and requests in collaboration with coordinators.

  • Work collaboratively with the Service Coordinators to advise customers of any undue delays resulting from spare parts shortages, and ensures parts are received in an appropriate time frame by liaising with warehouse staff.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the workshop team and provide updates to the Service Manager on any performance or behavioral issues

  • Train and support other employees, including temporary or contractor support

  • Assist Service Manager with facilitating pre-start and toolbox talks, involving Service/Workshop employees.

  • Ensure the Service Fleet is serviced, well maintained, and quick to respond to customer needs.

  • Actively participate in audits for QA and EHS systems and practices

  • Other duties as required/determined to support the efficient functionality of the branch

About You:

  • 3 Years experience in a trade/ maintenance support role

  • Prior experience as a Service Supervisor (highly desirable)

  • Great Written and Verbal communication skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence change
